IN A NUTSHELL
For over two decades, my skills were used for Professional Temping in London's book publishing, news media and product marketing environments. My skills were focused on assisting and supporting HNW individuals and C-Suite personnel.
Latterly, I re-trained in psychological research, earned an MA, and entered the military welfare environment as a civilian. There, I assisted soldiers with PTSD, addictions and family challenges.
Redundancy, in 2020, has seen me keep busy as a counsellor of veterans and emergency responders through charities, as well as taking on-board remote freelancing/VA work.

After redundancy in 2020, I became semi-retired and offered counselling to veterans through charities to keep me busy. Now, because I'm having a bit of difficulty securing regular full-time employment (I'm pretty sure it's the age thing, although no one will admit to it!), I'm beginning to offer my skills in the areas of creating newsletter bulletins, books, journals, worksheets, leaflets, and any other written content for your business - as well as artsy-type stuff like digital graphic design and original paintings, celebratory cards and prints.
You can also be reassured of my ability to 'stick to the plan', with honesty and integrity because I have the official documents to prove it. As well as holding GDPR and DBS (Enhanced) certificates, I have signed the Official Secrets Act and several NDAs in order to work at confidential locations and with some prestigious individuals, including Dr. Roger Price at Harwell Laboratory (Renewable Energy), Dr. Dick Hobbs and Mr Mike Maguire Criminologists at Oxford University's Criminological Research Department, Sir Trevor McDonald Newsreader at ITN, and Nigel Reeve at Fusion Radio (previously London News Radio).
With my combined experience in media, marketing and publishing, I have managed, edited and published several titles by new authors where I have specialised in nonfiction, novels and also academic and business documents. My interests in the printed word are broad: history (old and new), natural nutrition, and health and wellness. I personally blog about anxiety, depression and relationships, love photography, horses and dogs and walking in the countryside.

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE
20+ years as a PA to C-Suite personnel in London's media, marketing and publishing. While there, I led of a team of department managers while project managing and revamping an office product showroom. This increased dealer network sales - and I got a nice little bonus to boot.

ORGANISATIONAL ABILITY
I have organised dealer incentives: To watch David Soul and Will Carling in the 1991 Rugby World Cup, the Barcelona Olympics in 1992, a luxurious Golf Tournament Event at the Belfry, Birmingham as well as marketing and sales conferences for dealer networks and staff training events. Collection of client data, distribution of marketing materials, creation of posters, tickets and brochures.

ADHERANCE TO DETAIL
National and international dealer conferences need attention to detail and I have created and prepared presentation material, arranged travel and accommodation for hundreds of Directors across the world a well as ensuring a Jewish multi-millionaire's daughter's wedding went off without a hitch.

Personal Assistant to Sir Trevor McDonald and other HNW individuals' business and personal work, including: booking travel, restaurants and personal appointments; scheduling household bills, co-ordinating family diaries, domestic tasks and staff; sourcing gifts and researching projects etc.

Professionally, I have signed the official secrets act several times while working for the military and nuclear energy industries. In addition to this, I have ICO/GDPR and DBS (Enhanced) checks, as well as being trusted with personal and business information on famous personalities and HNW individuals. VERSATILITY
I earned an MA in psychology while working full-time for the military and travelling from Germany to the UK. Self-taught IT, Graphic Design and DTP programmes, in order to produce marketing materials, B2B newsletters as well as publishing authors' books, business magazines and promotional leaflets.
